- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide a resolution if approved.
- Hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and unaltered to qualify for any issue resolution.
